Monica Smit, author of Cell 22 has been on the front line of Australia’s freedom movement since August 2020 when she founded ‘Reignite Democracy’.
She hit the international stage after spending 22 days in prison for refusing to sign draconian bail conditions after being charged with incitement. Her ‘crime’ was publishing an anti-lockdown protest poster on social media. Yes, you read that correctly.
Cell 22 was published in late 2023 and her audiobook was released in 2024.
Monica toured Europe in 2023 and Australia in 2024. She met with over 150 community groups and about 7,000 individual freedom lovers. She plans to tour New Zealand in 2026. Enquire here
