Author Biography
Matt Dunn is a South Gippsland journalist and photographer, who picks up extra money as a pool lifeguard. His news freelance stories were published in The Age, Herald Sun and Australian Geographic.
Matt writes a semi-regular blog on Word Press called ‘Dunn & Dusted’ and can be found on his Author Facebook page.
Matt has worked as a door-to-door soft drink salesman, railway worker in Footscray and media adviser to a federal politician.
He is an AFL fan (especially when it comes to his beloved Western Bulldogs), father of four, avid reader and music lover.
The 2019 new release, Red Time, is his first novel. A work of Australian crime fiction, it follows the story of nomadic country footballer, Mick Stewart, as he searches for redemption on the country’s back roads.
With life, love and an overdue premiership all on the line, now is the time when Mick must choose a path. The question is, will it be one to lasting glory or just another dead end?
